Abstract

This article aims to explain and determine the extent of the implementation of the Code of Ethics, and Teacher Professionalism, and the improvement of the Quality of Education in Schools. The method used in this article is a qualitative descriptive method with library literature and interviews. The results of this article, the author found that the teacher's code of ethics is very important to implement, namely as a guideline for behavior in carrying out work and responsibilities entrusted to human resources who teach in schools. Every educator cannot carry out learning arbitrarily according to their wishes. The professionalism of Christian Religious Education Teachers is a job and responsibility that is based on education/skills and honesty with the profession. While the improvement of the quality of Christian religious education is due to human resources, namely teachers who apply the teacher's code of ethics well and have high professionalism.
