Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to find out what and how good and correct management is based on the perspective of the book of Acts of the Apostles regarding good and correct pastoral management in the GTDI church in the Riau Islands region, and then to find out what the GTDI church in the Riau Islands region should do regarding financial pastoral management in achieving quality and neatly organized services. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a biblical research approach. The research results show that grazing management in GTDI Kepri has not been managed well and regularly. This can be seen from the many services that have not been carried out consistently and the many shortcomings in managing and organizing pastoral services. The conclusion of this research is that church growth in quality and quantity is a principle that must be achieved in pastoral management. Church growth factors in pastoral management, which include consistently teaching the Word, living in fellowship, persevering in prayer, making disciples, and evangelism, must be carried out with commitment and consistency.
