Abstract

The aim of this journal is to understand the lifestyle of leadership with integrity which is often misunderstood regarding its function and purpose in the sense of "theory does not match practice". Many still use their leadership to facilitate all personal matters in the name of office, the impact is very negative in an organization, due to dishonesty. Therefore, leaders must prioritize the public interest so that everything will not be in vain. So through this journal a leader can explore discoveries in the lifestyle of a responsible leader and whose presence helps to understand how a good organization can develop responsible leaders in every organization in the future. This responsible leadership must be a role model whose presence is felt and emerge as a leader who is humble and worthy of being an example in the midst of the organization he leads.
